Oman’s only newspaper with comprehensive coverage of news from the sultanate, Muscat Daily became the largest selling daily in Oman within a year of its launch. The paper has won accolades for its bold and unbiased coverage of various issues in Oman including the protests of 2011, crime reports, social issues etc.
The print edition of the 28-page paper has a readership of over 115,300 readers in Muscat, Barka, Nizwa, Sohar, Salalah, Sur and other smaller towns.
The newspaper is organised in two sections. Section one is the main section with 16 pages containing Oman (National) news, Regional and World news, Op-Ed and Sports.
Section two (12 pages) has Business, Crosswords, Sudoku puzzles, quiz questions and a Features section - Muscat Daily has the largest subscription base in the sultanate and is the only newspaper in Oman that reaches the homes of its readers before 6am.
Muscat Daily is distributed across households and offices in Muscat, Sohar, Barka, Sur, Salalah and Nizwa. It also goes to all Government Institutions, Ministries and can be picked up at all the major petrol pumps of Oman Oil and Shell.
