Apex Media cares deeply about the environment and keeping Oman clean and green.

A major initiative was launched to raise awareness and encourage public action in regards to recycling in Oman .

Our dedicated team in Oman collect all the old newspapers, magazines, office papers , books, shredded papers and cardboard for recycling. You can call our toll free number @ 8007 6000 for paper recycling .

Muscat Daily have so far joined forces with over 560 organisations, including ministries, colleges, universities and corporate firms such as Bank Muscat , HSBC, Central Bank Of Oman, Bank Dhofar, Khimji Ramdas, Mall Of Oman, Oman Air, OIFC, Omantel and many more like minded organisations.

Our programme provides organisations with the opportunity to recycle whatever paper they wish to recycle. Paper can either be kept in the office or a specific location ahead of collections, or co-branded boxes are available from Muscat Daily (eg., Muscat Daily recycling box with your company Logo- for RO90 - a one time investment ). These boxes are normally displayed in a prominent position such as a reception area and our recycling team will empty the box on a regular basis.

No fees are charged for collecting and recycling the paper as this is a major part of our Corporate Social Responsibility.

We also issue a TREE SAVER CERTIFICATE once a partner joins the scheme.

To encourage more public awareness and participation in recycling, Apex Media regularly publish photographs and news items of recycling activities on the premises of different sponsors in our market leading newspapers, Muscat Daily and theweek.

Our Main Objective is to promote the recycling and reuse of paper by taking the message of sustainable development to the leaders of tomorrow – the young people of Oman.

This is the largest recycling campaign involving the general public launched in Oman.
